Inbound
Receive goods from purchasing or production, run quality separation and put them away to the target shelf.
Goods receiving and quality control
Count inbound items and separate approved, faulty or rejected stock. After receiving, items stay in awaiting stock until putaway moves them into on-hand stock.
Putaway
Start putaway from the receiving list, place items to the target shelf code and confirm. When putaway finishes, awaiting quantity clears and net stock updates.
In-warehouse operations
Manage warehouse types, shelf addresses, stock movements, transfers and counting in real time.
Location and shelf management
Define product, faulty-product or reserve warehouses. Track shelf and address codes and see warehouse and shelf quantities on the product card.
Stock movements
Record inbound, outbound, reservation and transfer moves by barcode or search. Completed movements are archived; product details, labels and ERP sync status are available in the detail panel.
Inter-warehouse transfer
Move stock with linked source-exit and destination-entry tasks. Inventory integrity is preserved for scenarios such as separating faulty goods.
Location-based counting
Open a count order, scan the shelf first and then the product barcode. After approval, shelf balance and warehouse distribution update on the product card.
Barcode, lot and serial tracking
Track stock with SKU, barcode, lot and serial data. Reach product cards quickly with warehouse, status or keyword filters and verify items on receiving and returns.
Critical stock and turnover
Monitor critical levels, stock turnover and most-moved products to support purchasing and warehouse planning.
Order preparation
Follow a standard flow from quote or order confirmation through picking, packing and shipping.
Reservation and priority
When an order is confirmed, stock is reserved on the shelf distribution. Urgent or already started work orders move to the top of the pick queue.
Picking and routing
Operators are directed to the target shelf; product image, barcode and quantity are verified on the same screen. After picking, the process moves to packing.
Control and packing
After control and packing, reserved balance is cleared and physical shelf quantity is reduced. Order stages are tracked as preparation, control and shipping.
Returns and recipe-based products
Run return receiving with quality decisions and deduct component stock automatically on assembly sales.
Cancellation and returns
Open a return from the original sales document and approve or reject each line in the return receiving queue. Approved items stay in awaiting stock until putaway.
Recipe-based products and transformation
Define multi-level BOMs. When a finished good or a component is sold, stock deduction runs automatically through the hierarchy, including nested recipes.
Mobility, reporting and security
Speed up floor teams, measure operations and control access.
Mobile warehouse operations
Run barcode scanning, picking, counting and putaway on handhelds or phones with the native mobile app.
Dashboard and reporting
